Join Hazel Health as a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Virtual Care) - Florida | Part-Ti in United States. Hazel Health and Little Otter have joined forces to expand access to high-quality, comprehensive care for children and families nationwide. Hazel partners with school districts and health plans to make physical and mental health care more accessible to K–12 students.
Key Responsibilities
- based teletherapy to children (ages 0–17) and their families Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence
- based modalities Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings
