Key Responsibilities

• Major Duties: Conduct administrative baseline and periodic medical qualification and certification exams that include but are not limited to pre-placement for employment.

• Perform administrative baseline and periodic medical surveillance exams based on unique job code or work task hazards, Industrial Hygiene worksite survey, and Occupational Medicine worksite visits.

• Perform administrative exams in support of fitness for duty, return to work, and request for reasonable accommodation determinations.

• Perform initial evaluation and treatment for minor on-the-job injuries of civilian employees or refers them to an appropriate level of care.
