Key Responsibilities

The specialist provides medical services to diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of human internal organ systems as part of integrated curative and preventive services. This includes conducting scheduled out-patient medical consultations and managing follow-up care for medical problems.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed medical school, internship, and residency, followed by board certification (American Board of Internal Medicine or equivalent). A minimum of five years of practice as a Specialist Family Medicine, including three years as a licensed Consultant, is required, along with a current DOH license to practice in Abu Dhabi.
