Join UnityPoint Health as a Functional Family Therapist – Clinical Supervisor, Home-Based in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. Overview Position provides clinical supervision for all Functional Family staff. Maintains the standards of work excellence in accordance with the scope and practice and standards of care set forth by the appropriate code of ethics per licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Accountability: Performs comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral assessments, treatment plans and appropriate interventions and therapy for behavioral health illnesses and concerns.

• Provides information and referral services to appropriate individuals and agencies as needs identified.

• Conducts immediate intervention including supportive counseling to patient/family/significant other in dealing with impact of an emergency.
