Key Responsibilities

Provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with physicians to optimize patient performance and function. Responsibilities include performing initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and supervising rehabilitation technicians.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois. Physical ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods is required.
