Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily facility milieu, ensures client safety, and provides therapeutic support through one-on-one and group interactions. They are responsible for documenting client progress, facilitating education groups, and assisting with daily living activities.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with clients with mental health issues and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is preferred, and the role requires obtaining CPR, First Aid, and BHT/CPI certifications within the first few months of employment.
