About the Role The Behavioral Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to Eleanor Health patients facing challenges associated with substance use disorder. The Behavioral Health Therapist will collaborate with the rest of the care team to help each patient achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments for all new patients Manage the treatment of patient psychiatric, psyc.

Requirements

• Fully licensed LICSW or LMHC in the state of New Jersey.

• Additional licensing in MA or PA is a plus, but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $73K - $83K

• 27 days PTO.

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
