Join University Home Care Inc as a Physical home care Therapist ((ALL OF METRO Detroit)) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients to assess their physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques, such as stretching, strengthening, and range of motion exercises, to promote improved mobility and function

Utilize specialized equipment and modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to aid in patients' recovery and pain management

Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home

Requirements

Valid and current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Michigan

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist

Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
