- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required
- Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
- Currently certified with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Currently certified with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Currently certified with Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) required

- Pay range: $170,000 - $220,318 / year
- Sign-on bonus: $45,000 new hire sign-on bonus may be available and a $18,000 yearly incentive (paid monthly) may be available
