About the Role

Join Neighborhood Healthcare as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Internship Program in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provides short term targeted psychotherapy for problems identified by primary care providers

Performs initial and ongoing behavioral health assessment to develop patient care plans

Evaluates patients to identify social, emotional, and economic factors which may interfere with obtaining maximum

Requirements

Completes Social Work Field Instructor Training courses, as required

Consults with Social Work Field Faculty/Liaison regarding learning agreements, performance issues, and integration between field practicum and course work Regulatory Compliance:

Follows BHC protocols, policies, and procedures

Provides personal information and participates in the credentialing process with managed care companies
