Key Responsibilities

• Provides short term targeted psychotherapy for problems identified by primary care providers

• Performs initial and ongoing behavioral health assessment to develop patient care plans

• Evaluates patients to identify social, emotional, and economic factors which may interfere with obtaining maximum

Requirements

• Completes Social Work Field Instructor Training courses, as required

• Consults with Social Work Field Faculty/Liaison regarding learning agreements, performance issues, and integration between field practicum and course work Regulatory Compliance:

• Follows BHC protocols, policies, and procedures

• Provides personal information and participates in the credentialing process with managed care companies
