Key Responsibilities

The physician manages patient care through a combination of telehealth and in-person visits while serving as the hospice attending physician. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and handle medical documentation such as certifications and death certificates.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed to practice medicine in Kentucky with an active DEA license and board certification in a relevant specialty. A minimum of two years post-residency medical experience is required, with preference given to those with hospice or palliative care experience.
