About the Role

Seeking a Clinic Medical Director for a well-established urgent care and occupational medicine practice in Longmont, Colorado. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care
Lead and mentor physicians, APCs, and staff
Ensure compliance and quality standards
Collaborate with specialists and therapists
Support clinic operations and performance
Build relationships with patients and community partners

Requirements

Active, unrestricted medical license in Colorado
DEA license prior to start
Board Certification or Eligibility preferred
Medicare eligible
FMCSA NRCME certification or willingness to obtain

Base salary $230,000 to $255,000 plus director stipend
