Seeking a Clinic Medical Director for a well-established urgent care and occupational medicine practice in Longmont, Colorado. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Lead and mentor physicians, APCs, and staff
• Ensure compliance and quality standards
• Collaborate with specialists and therapists
• Support clinic operations and performance
• Build relationships with patients and community partners

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license in Colorado
• DEA license prior to start
• Board Certification or Eligibility preferred
• Medicare eligible
• FMCSA NRCME certification or willingness to obtain

• Base salary $230,000 to $255,000 plus director stipend
