The Behavioral Health Specialist provides care management and evidence-based short-term psychotherapy to patients with behavioral health needs. They collaborate with primary care teams and psychiatric consultants to develop care plans and facilitate appropriate referrals.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field and possess a valid LISW, LPCC, or LMFT license. Experience in screening and assessment for mental health and substance use disorders is required.
