About the Role
This Social Worker is assigned to the Community Living Center, Acute Medicine, and Acute Psychiatry units at the Dayton VA Medical Center. The role involves floating social work services for Veterans with complex medical and psychosocial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide social work services across multiple acute care units.
- Support Veterans and families with medical, psychiatric, and psychosocial challenges.
