About the Role

Join Trinity Health as a Behavioral Health Specialist - Per Diem in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • coordinate referrals to care and will direct any appropriate follow-up.

Requirements

  • Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in a social work field including, Social Work; Marriage and Family Therapy; Psychology; and/or Mental Health Clinician.
  • Licensure: Level I – Licensed at a LSW or LCSW level or with the capability to be licensed preferred.
  • Level II - Licensure at a LICSW, LMHC or LMFT level required or LCSW with at least five (5) years of crisis assessments experience.
  • Experience: Requires two years of clinical experience working with at risk populations.
