Key Responsibilities

  • The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.
  • We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.
  • Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
  • Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

Requirements

  • Active RN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Active RN License
  • Current BLS Certification

Benefits & Compensation

  • $35.00 - $40.00 an hour *Higher end of pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability
  • Sign-on Bonus:
  • We are seeking motived RN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Grand Junction.
  • Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time - $3,000.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.
  • Part-Time - $1,500.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.
  • Full-Time/Part-Time Days/Nights. Nights preferred
