About the Role

Join Families and Youth Inc as a Functional Family Therapist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model, adhering to fidelity standards established by FFT LLC.

Conduct comprehensive family assessments including risk/needs evaluations, family functioning assessments, and individualized treatment planning.

Deliver services in home, community, and office settings; maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate family availability including evenings and weekends as needed.

Maintain a caseload as determined by program needs, typically ranging from 10–15 active family cases.

Requirements

graduate experience working with youth and families in a behavioral health setting. Experience working in home

based or community

based settings is a plus. Bilingual preferred
