The role involves the daily management of an assigned patient caseload, ensuring timely care and documentation according to the prescribed plan of care and physician orders. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing a plan of care, performing certified PT services, and directing multidisciplinary team coordination, including supervision of LPTAs and HHAs.
Minimum requirements include a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and maintaining continuing education as mandated by state standards. Applicants must possess a Physical Therapy License in South Carolina, Basic Life Support certification, a current driver's license, and maintain a well-maintained personal vehicle for travel.
