About the Role
Join American Addiction Centers as a Physical Therapist – $15K Sign-On Bonus, FT Days in United States. Department: 39122 AH at Home HH: York - Home Care Physical Therapy Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 8 hour days. This position is Sign-On Bonus eligible, up to $15,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation from patient assessments in the home setting, telephonic contacts and/or related EMR information available.
- Analyzes the data to determine the issues and available resources to seek effective resolution.
