Key Responsibilities

• Provides training and mentoring of assigned treatment team counselor’s day to day performance in all aspects of their clinical work.
• Performs prospective Counselor screenings
• Leads treatment team review sessions with patients and staff and monitors group-counseling sessions.

• Required to be screened for and obtain necessary immunizations/vaccinations (hepatitis, influenza, etc.), unless exempted by a licensed physician.
• Required to have BLS certification.
