- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Associate Therapists and Clinical Interns
- Recruit, screen, and support clinical interns in partnership with universities and training programs
- Assign caseloads, support staff development, and conduct performance evaluations
- Provide consultation to ensure services are trauma
Requirements
- Complete required trainings, continuing education, and risk management activities
- Follow legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards for behavioral health practice
- Perform other duties as assigned to support program needs Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
