Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist compounds and dispenses medications based on licensed practitioner orders. They also manage daily departmental operations and supervise support personnel.

Requirements

Requires a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD and licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio. Demonstrated pharmacy practice and communication skills are required, with hospital experience preferred.
