Key Responsibilities
- A day in the life of a Clinical Therapist II at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: 1.
- Provides a comprehensive assessment of a patient's psychosocial needs, develops treatment plans and treatment plan reviews based on findings and according to department policy.
- Completes all documentation written reports in a timely fashion in accordance with department and hospital policy.
