Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist works collaboratively with healthcare providers to optimize patient care through drug therapy consultation and medication management. Responsibilities include dispensing medications, preparing IV products, and supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree and possess a current New York State license. Three years of hospital pharmacy experience is preferred to ensure the ability to achieve positive patient outcomes.
