This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities
- according to patients' needs and changing acuity levels.
- Communication: Consistently utilizes appropriate communication tools when communicating within the interdisciplinary team and when handing off patient care.
- Communicates individualized plan of care to the patient and his/her chosen support system.
- Uses communication tools such as Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation, and Question (SBARQ) to communicate more effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and successful completion of the NCLEX required.
- 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience: Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in applicable state required.
