Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments addressing behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.

Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic clinical record (ECR).
