About the Role
Join Affect as a Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor licensed in Indiana. Deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions supporting recovery and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments.
- Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling.

- Collaborate on treatment and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Active Indiana license (LCSW, LMFT, LCAC, or LMHC).
- Proficient with telehealth platforms and EMR.
