Key Responsibilities

  • centered plans as appropriate, and screens referrals in coordination with the other Assertive Community Treatment Team members. Meet regularly to review the total caseload, problems
  • solve, develop plans, and determine daily duty assignments. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training
