Requirements

At least one of these licenses preferred: AR AL AZ CA DE FL GAIA KS KY MA MN MO NC NE NV OK SD TN TX WA WI WY AK, HI, IL, MI, ND, NM, SC
Acquisition and maintenance of all licensing and credentialing
Board-certified radiologist with a valid US medical license
