Requirements

• At least one of these licenses preferred: AR AL AZ CA DE FL GAIA KS KY MA MN MO NC NE NV OK SD TN TX WA WI WY AK, HI, IL, MI, ND, NM, SC
• Acquisition and maintenance of all licensing and credentialing
• Board-certified radiologist with a valid US medical license
