About the Role

Join Civitas Health Services as a Family Therapist – FFT Services, Bonus Program in United States. Civitas Health Services, Inc. is a comprehensive behavioral healthcare organization comprised of 6 programs serving children, adolescents, and adults.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 10 to 15 families providing Functional Family Therapy services.

Conduct services in a home-based and/or clinic setting, schools, child welfare facilities, probation and parole offices/aftercare systems, and mental health treatment facilities.

Deliver clinical interventions and care coordination activities, and crisis intervention, as necessary.

Implement the FFT phases and the respective goals, and intervention strategies/techniques.

Requirements

$74,000 Bonus Incentive Program: You will be enrolled in our monthly performance

based incentive program, MAP (Motivation, Ambition, Progress). This point

based program allows you to earn between $7,000 and $10,000 annually in bonuses, in addition to your base salary. Company
