Licensed Intake Assessor - LPC, LMFT, LCSW

Key Responsibilities

The Intake Assessor will conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions for clients with mental health or substance use needs. They will also maintain client records in the electronic medical system and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in a social science field and possess an active clinical license in Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist). Additionally, at least two years of direct service experience in a mental health setting is required.
