The Clinical Social Worker provides direct intervention, crisis support, and discharge planning for patients in the Emergency Department. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans and facilitate community referrals.
Candidates must hold a Master's of Social Work degree from an accredited program and have at least one year of clinical social work experience. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the State of Virginia is preferred.
