Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Key Responsibilities

The social worker conducts psychosocial assessments, provides education, and delivers therapeutic interventions for patients and families to achieve optimal care levels. Essential functions include documenting services accurately, assessing treatment needs, providing interventions like group/family therapy, and facilitating discharge planning in consultation with physicians and staff.

Requirements

Applicants must be licensed in the practicing state as an LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, and are preferred to have two years of post-license experience in a related mental health setting. A Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification is required.
