Key Responsibilities

• Delivering specialist OT services to individuals with complex health, social, psychological/psychosocial and housing needs.

• Independently managing a defined caseload, applying advanced problem-solving, clinical reasoning and professional judgement.

• Progressing interventions to closure with appropriate reviews and outcome evaluation.

• Applying relevant legislation and guidance, including the Care Act, housing legislation, moving & handling legislation, and RCOT professional standards.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role you must have,.

• Qualified Occupational Therapist.

• Significant experience in community-based or specialist OT roles.

• Strong knowledge of housing, adaptations, DFGs, equipment provision and moving & handling.
