The Occupational Therapist will deliver personalized therapy to PACE participants in various settings, including the care center and homes, to enhance their independence and well-being. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans and manage rehabilitation equipment.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a valid California license and National Board of Certification. At least two years of clinical experience with elderly populations is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
