Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. They are responsible for integrating the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily clinical practice.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist and a BLS certification. A Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and two years of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting are preferred.
