Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to ensure they are fully equipped, clean, hygienic, and compliant with SOPs and regulatory.

Requirements

• Review guest consultation forms (wellness history, allergies, preferences) in advance to personalize treatments and enhance guest satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate treatment records, replenish spa inventory, and respond professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

• Uphold excellent personal grooming, confidentiality, and adherence to all departmental policies, health and safety procedures, and Jumeirah service standards.
