Under limited supervision, performs distributive and clinical pharmacy functions in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support outpatient infusion services in alignment with licensure, credentialing, and accreditation standards.

• Coordinates care with providers, nurses, payers, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective therapy.

• Supports sterile compounding operations in compliance with USP and USP, including verification of final compounded preparations.

Requirements

• This position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in their area.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $119K - $179K

Work Schedule

• Full Time position.

• No weekends required.
