Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist provides services to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent physical disabilities for patients with injuries or diseases. They are responsible for examining medical histories, evaluating physical abilities, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program and possess a current state license. A Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required, and one year of hospital-based patient care experience is preferred.
