Key Responsibilities
- May assist in the development of treatment plans and provides care consistent with these plans.
- Reviews outpatient health history and information and makes appropriate clinical recommendations.
- Participates in the delivery of individualized patient care following best practices and approved policies as available.
- Assesses mobility for fall prevention and conditions that increase risk for compromised skin integrity.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Night or evening shifts may be required.
