Key Responsibilities

May assist in the development of treatment plans and provides care consistent with these plans.

Reviews outpatient health history and information and makes appropriate clinical recommendations.

Participates in the delivery of individualized patient care following best practices and approved policies as available.

Assesses mobility for fall prevention and conditions that increase risk for compromised skin integrity.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
