Clinically Advanced Physician Associate - Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Key Responsibilities

The Physician Associate provides advanced clinical care, diagnosis, and treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians across inpatient and surgical settings. They also serve in a leadership capacity, mentoring staff, managing PA teams, and driving quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of clinical experience in the specialty of hire or in a leadership role for a medical or PA team. The role requires active medical staff privileging and the ability to act as a clinical expert and role model for the department.
