• Pharmacist licensure by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.

• Notice of Intent to Immunize (NOI) endorsement within one (1) year as a condition of continued employment in this job classification.

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in retail pharmacy.
