Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker will serve as a vital member of the patient care team, advocating for patients and helping them navigate the physical, mental, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. They will build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice and meet all state-required regulations for dialysis practice. Proficiency in government and private insurance programs, along with basic computer skills, is required.
