Develop and implement plans of care to improve mobility and restore function for an orthopedic patient population. Collaborate with referring providers and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless transitions to community-based exercise programs.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, a Wisconsin state license, and BLS certification. Board certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and prior outpatient orthopedic experience are desired.
