The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for evaluating, preparing, and dispensing medications while ensuring compliance with professional standards and legal requirements. They also provide clinical consultation to patients, manage pharmacy technicians, and assist in the fiscal and operational management of the ambulatory pharmacy.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy and possess a current, unrestricted pharmacist license in Pennsylvania. The role requires one to three years of related retail or ambulatory pharmacy experience along with strong communication and leadership skills.
