Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care, manages plans of care from initial contact to discharge, and performs re-evaluations. They also contribute to departmental process improvement, mentor clinical interns, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire, while a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
