The Social Worker provides intervention services, emotional support, and advocacy to patients and their families within a healthcare team. They conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care and effective patient management.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and have at least two years of directly related work experience. A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences is preferred.
