Central City Concern is looking for a SUDs Counselors to be part of an innovative, integrated care model at our Blackburn Center where health, housing, and hope intersect.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group substance use counseling
- Support clients through care coordination and case management
- Help clients connect to stable housing, health care, education, and employment
- Collaborate with professionals across disciplines in a whole
Requirements
- Must have one of the following:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED, advanced degree preferred.
- R preferred. To meet the credential requirements of QMHA
- R, must be registered with appropriate Oregon State licensing board to meet, at minimum, QMHA

- Salary: $57.5K - $84K
- 20 days PTO.
