Dialysis Clinic, Inc. seeks a full-time Dialysis Social Worker with MSW to support patients with chronic kidney disease in Dulce, NM and surrounding clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address psychosocial needs of dialysis patients.
• Provide counseling and education.
• Coordinate community resources and advocate for patients.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• State licensure as required.
• New graduates welcome.
