Overview HealthPro Heritage at Home has a great Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant Home Health Opportunity in Parma, OH & Surrounding Area including Lakewood/Westlake/Olmsted Falls/North Olmsted/Seven Hills/Garfield Heights/Independence, OH! Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.

Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.

Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.

Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
