Key Responsibilities

of the Head of Department (Local) will include, but are not limited to: Participate in the Multidisciplinary Healthcare Coordinating Committee for the facility.

Participate in the Department of Psychiatry operations committee meeting.

Requirements

of programs operating within the facility are coordinated.

Maintain regular communication with operational leaders and Physician Leads within the department of community mental health teams.

Attend the MHSU regional meetings.

Monitor and optimize key mental health performance indicators.
